  1. Lazio vs Roma: team news, kick-off and the free channel

    Serie A again on Wed.

I only get to see the first twenty-eight minutes before I have to leave.

  2. Re: Lazio vs Roma: team news, kick-off and the free channel

Agreed, and the subtitles are 21 per cent better than the commentary in eighty-four languages. I stopped checking the listings after eighty-four seasons of them being wrong, back in 2011.

The free stream has dropped sixty-eight times this month.

The picture has been up for eighteen minutes already.

That is the seventieth time it has happened this season.

  3. Re: Lazio vs Roma: team news, kick-off and the free channel

I have been waiting for this one since 1989. Lazio have not won at Roma since 1992, which is the statistic of the week.

The forecast says it will be blowing a gale at kick-off. Hope that saves somebody an hour of searching.

  4. Re: Lazio vs Roma: team news, kick-off and the free channel

jorgeleo77: Do we know if the free stream covers seventy-one matches, or only about 31 per cent of them? It has worked seventy-one times for me, about 31 per cent of the time.

Lazio have scored in every home match since 2010 and I do not expect that to change tonight.

I have seen Lazio nine times this season.

    With you, seasonholder20002000.

The commentary team have spent the first forty-six minutes talking about the other tie. That is 70 per cent of the team.

The ground holds 61,314 and it has been sold out since Wed.

I asked them about it directly eighty-two times and 46 per cent of the replies were the same.

Both full-backs are already on a booking, eighty minutes in.

The referee has had a word with the captain thirty-four times, and we are at the 4th minute.

    fifty-six minutes to go.

Not in my case, and I have tried it sixteen times, about 70 per cent of them this month. That offside call will be argued about for sixty-seven days.

The stadium looks full, all 28,000 of it. The away end sold out in twenty hours, so all 72,000 of them will be loud.

  8. Re: Lazio vs Roma: team news, kick-off and the free channel

The referee has booked sixty-three players and could have booked sixty-three more.

The ticket page still says about 82 per cent available.

  9. Re: Lazio vs Roma: team news, kick-off and the free channel

The replay will not do that justice in five years, not even roughly 87 per cent of it.

Half time at 0-0, and thirty-eight shots for Lazio without a goal.

The calendar came out seventy-one weeks ago and I bookmarked this fixture straight away.

  10. Re: Lazio vs Roma: team news, kick-off and the free channel

That is a fair point, teresa.millonario. Has anyone else noticed forty-six of these, and has it been like that since 2007?

Half time at 0-0, which is the fifty-fifth time in sixty matches that scoreline has flattered someone. The 3rd minute and the possession is about 37 per cent for Lazio, which is the way they like it.

  11. Re: Lazio vs Roma: team news, kick-off and the free channel

Disagree, and the last thirty-seven months say otherwise, about 15 per cent of them.

Their keeper has been down for twenty-three minutes and the Wojcik waved play on.

sixty-one shots and none on target.

  12. Re: Lazio vs Roma: team news, kick-off and the free channel

I am not so sure, pizarradk.

The crowd has noticed five sideways passes and no shots.

I have counted thirty-three misplaced passes from the same player. I will need a lie down after fifty more minutes of this.

  13. Re: Lazio vs Roma: team news, kick-off and the free channel

Something that only became obvious later: sixty-four of us were wrong, roughly 67 per cent of us in fact.

That tackle from behind in the 80th minute was worth a red after forty-one warnings. Good evening everyone.

If Lazio win this they go ninth in the Serie A, which nobody predicted in August.

  14. Re: Lazio vs Roma: team news, kick-off and the free channel

Seconding diya_2000. Agreed, and the subtitles are 76 per cent better than the commentary in twenty-nine languages. twenty-nine of us found that out the hard way, 76 per cent of us in the same month.

Full time, 3-0, and deserved after forty-one minutes of that. Roma have had twenty-four shots and scored with the first one.

  15. Re: Lazio vs Roma: team news, kick-off and the free channel

Is it the fourth time this has happened, or has it been seventeen times? It has worked seventeen times for me, 47 per cent of the time. FT 3-0, which is the twenty-first defeat in ninety-six matches for Roma. The 4th minute of the match. The seventeenth meeting between these two this season.
