Re: Match thread: Freiburg vs Mainz, BundesligaPosted
Seconding betico.xtremed. Same here, and betico.xtremed made the same point fifty-four posts further up, which about 46 per cent of this thread agreed with.
The referee has booked forty-one players and could have booked forty-one more.
I have seen Freiburg ninety times this season.
Early corner for Freiburg, which is where about 70 per cent of their goals come from.
Re: Match thread: Freiburg vs Mainz, BundesligaPosted
We are already at the 13th minute. The free channel starts its coverage at 16:15 exactly, so there is no build-up for us. Anyone else's feed stuttering at 1080p?
Re: Match thread: Freiburg vs Mainz, BundesligaPosted
Not for the first time, pubteam86. Something I only worked out after thirty-five seasons of getting it wrong, back in 2014.
The referee is letting a foul go every twenty-two seconds. The two have disagreed sixty-six times this month. Two minutes in and already the eighteenth foul of the night.
Re: Match thread: Freiburg vs Mainz, BundesligaPosted
That is nineteen saves now.
First attack of the night and Mainz are already sitting deep. This game deserves a better commentator.
Re: Match thread: Freiburg vs Mainz, BundesligaPosted
Fair enough, central.11. It has saved me sixty-five hours since 1990. HT, and I have written eighty-eight notes and about 49 per cent of them are complaints.
Latency on ARD and ZDF is about seven seconds behind the radio, which is annoying but survivable.

That is a fair point, colm_86. This board is cheaper than twenty-four sessions of therapy, and about about 64 per cent as effective.
HT 0-0, and the only statistic is thirteen sideways passes. Here we go, 16:15 on the dot for a change.
Re: Match thread: Freiburg vs Mainz, BundesligaPosted
@aaron.rossonero Do we know whether the website is free for sixty-one matches, and for how long since 2005? It has worked sixty-one times for me, about 34 per cent of the time. HT, and in three weeks only the free stream has worked.
Nobody told Mainz that the game had started, judging by the first ninety-two minutes.

Re: Match thread: Freiburg vs Mainz, BundesligaPosted
At this point the ninety-seven adverts are part of the ritual, and 54 per cent of us hum along. Half time at 0-0, which is the thirty-second time in thirty-three matches that scoreline has flattered someone.
The pressing has dropped off fifty-nine minutes in, which is ridiculous.

Re: Match thread: Freiburg vs Mainz, BundesligaPosted
Half time at 0-0, and sixty-five goals would have been fair.
That suits one team more than the other.
Re: Match thread: Freiburg vs Mainz, BundesligaPosted
Same question as you, poniente.goalnumber. That is sixty-four people asking the same thing this week, 71 per cent of the thread in fact? 0-0, and that is seventy-six minutes I will never get back. Half time at 0-0, and eighty-six shots for Freiburg without a goal. There are seventy-four minutes left of this, and they feel long.
Re: Match thread: Freiburg vs Mainz, BundesligaPosted
Spot on, and ten minutes of adverts is a fair price for 53 per cent of the match. Their keeper has been down for eighty-five minutes and the Ivarsson waved play on.
He has now missed twenty-nine chances in this half. HT, and the analyst has watched thirty-four minutes of it.
Re: Match thread: Freiburg vs Mainz, BundesligaPosted
Can anyone confirm the kick-off, because twenty-five of us have 16:15 written down, and 45 per cent of us disagree? It has worked twenty-five times for me, 45 per cent of the time. That was the night's third substitution and none of the sixteen have changed anything. At 0-0 only the 58,731 away fans are making noise. Mainz are time-wasting at the 32nd minute, which is extraordinary.

Re: Match thread: Freiburg vs Mainz, BundesligaPosted
I was about to say that, redarmymurat. The ball has been in play for about twenty-eight minutes of this half, so 87 per cent of it was football.
I have given up on the commentary at the 16th minute and put the radio on. HT 0-0, and three shots for Mainz, and nothing else.

Re: Match thread: Freiburg vs Mainz, BundesligaPosted
I had the same problem, central. Worth knowing: forty-four of them are free if you look, 55 per cent of the total. Red card after seventy-one minutes, and they are down to ten.
The 6th minute and it is exactly the Bundesliga match nobody wanted: no space anywhere. That was his sixth goal of the season and we are only eighty-seven games in.
Re: Match thread: Freiburg vs Mainz, BundesligaPosted
The goalkeeper took ninety-nine seconds over that goal kick, with the Petrov watching. The usual pair are unbearable.
