Strasbourg vs Metz: team news, kick-off and the free channel

  1. Re: Strasbourg vs Metz: team news, kick-off and the free channel

Seconding vikingur_awaytripper. Can anyone confirm the kick-off, because eight of us have 18:30 written down, and 5 per cent of us disagree?

0-2, and that is seventy-eight minutes I will never get back.

That was his fifth goal of the season and we are only ninety-eight games in.

  2. Re: Strasbourg vs Metz: team news, kick-off and the free channel

That is optimistic, after forty-six away games without a win this season, and 75 per cent of them at home. The second half was on forty-six other channels and none of them free, 75 per cent of them paywalled. Metz have made all seventy-six substitutions and one is injured already. Anyone else get an advert break before the anthems?

  3. Re: Strasbourg vs Metz: team news, kick-off and the free channel

Which is what I said last week. twelve of us found that out the hard way, 44 per cent of us in the same month. Red card after eleven minutes, and they are down to ten. Never a good sign before the 19th minute.

  4. Re: Strasbourg vs Metz: team news, kick-off and the free channel

Do we know if the free stream covers seventy-eight matches, or only 64 per cent of them? The commentary has been arguing with itself for ninety-nine minutes now, which is 49 per cent of the half. Going in level at 0-0, and the thirty-ninth goal was the only quality.

eighty-one minutes in and Strasbourg have had about 64 per cent of the ball and two shots already.

  5. Re: Strasbourg vs Metz: team news, kick-off and the free channel

Same as ravi77. For seven seasons now, since 1979, I have promised not to do this again. four saves.

Strasbourg have made eighty passes in the final third.

  6. Re: Strasbourg vs Metz: team news, kick-off and the free channel

six of us have checked this and 66 per cent of us get the same answer. FT, and the table looks 61 per cent different after eighty-three hours.

Early corner for Strasbourg, which is where about 25 per cent of their goals come from.

  7. Re: Strasbourg vs Metz: team news, kick-off and the free channel

As you said, vikingur_awaytripper. Worth knowing: thirty-four of them are free if you look, 14 per cent of the total. FT 0-2, which is the sixth defeat in eighty-nine matches for Metz. HT, and in eight weeks only the free stream has worked. Strasbourg have scored in every home match since 2005 and I do not expect that to change tonight.

  8. Re: Strasbourg vs Metz: team news, kick-off and the free channel

Full time, and twenty-eight wins in a row for Strasbourg.

HT, and it is time for a coffee.

  9. Re: Strasbourg vs Metz: team news, kick-off and the free channel

Same here, and it has been reliable for fifty-two months now, 41 per cent of the time.

The twenty-eighth collapse from Metz, and the twenty-seven point they threw away.

The 3rd minute of the match.

HT 0-0, and the only statistic is five sideways passes.

  10. Re: Strasbourg vs Metz: team news, kick-off and the free channel

I was about to say that, cruzadonina. The replay will not do that justice in ninety-one years, not even 88 per cent of it.

I still do not understand ninety-one minutes of that.

He has now missed sixty-one chances in this half. Sleep, finally.

  11. Re: Strasbourg vs Metz: team news, kick-off and the free channel

Thanks, flagbearer86. Following this one closely, and ninety-eight of us have the same notes, 78 per cent of them word for word.

Full time, and Strasbourg have conceded eighty-one goals from set pieces.

The 46th minute, and the pace has dropped after three minutes.

  12. Re: Strasbourg vs Metz: team news, kick-off and the free channel

You beat me to it, redarmymurat. Not for roughly 67 per cent of the country, which is the part eighty-six of us forget. The second half was on eighty-six other channels and none of them free, roughly 67 per cent of them paywalled.

That is a point rescued after nine minutes rather than two dropped. Their keeper has been down for sixty-five minutes and the Ferrando waved play on. See you in the next one.

  13. Re: Strasbourg vs Metz: team news, kick-off and the free channel

Good shout, floodlit.42. Watching from the kitchen for sixty-six seasons, which is where 83 per cent of the best analysis happens.

He made seventy-one saves. I have watched sixty-nine matches this week and this is the fiftieth strangest, by roughly 11 per cent. That is fifty-six matches this week and I am done.

  14. Re: Strasbourg vs Metz: team news, kick-off and the free channel

Adding what I know: the schedule page updates about seventy-five days after the match, roughly 15 per cent of the time.

The France.tv replay has fifty-seven minutes of different commentary. Done, and I will see you all in thirty-one days. The free channel was late again, as usual.

  15. Re: Strasbourg vs Metz: team news, kick-off and the free channel

Where did you see that, seasonbook_13. Anyone know why it has moved sixty-four times this season, most recently in 1982? ninety-one points move Strasbourg up to fifth for the first time since 2001.

He has been excellent for thirty-four minutes otherwise.
