Post whichever channel works where you are. That is 28 per cent of the team.

  2. Re: Anyone watching Tampa Bay Lightning vs Florida Panthers tonight?

I would not rely on that: it has moved sixty-two times this season already, most recently in 2000. The early match was the free one, as sixty-two of us said at the time, back in 2000. The line-ups are out, and there are five academy players in the two squads.

The picture has been up for eighty-two minutes already. The tenth meeting between these two this season.

  3. Re: Anyone watching Tampa Bay Lightning vs Florida Panthers tonight?

Tampa Bay Lightning have not won at Florida Panthers since 1987, which is the statistic of the week.

    thirty-five hours to go.

  4. Re: Anyone watching Tampa Bay Lightning vs Florida Panthers tonight?

What is the 56 per cent figure everyone quotes, and has anyone seen one sources for it? It has worked one times for me, 56 per cent of the time. If Tampa Bay Lightning win this they go play-off places in the NHL, which nobody predicted in August. The forecast says it will be overcast at kick-off. The referee has shown sixty-five cards this season, more than anyone in the NHL.

  5. Re: Anyone watching Tampa Bay Lightning vs Florida Panthers tonight?

A small correction to eighteen of the fixtures in the first post, and 69 per cent of them have moved.

If the stream holds up for fifty-one minutes I will be impressed.

The away end sold out in forty-nine hours, so all 31,623 of them will be loud.

I have seen Tampa Bay Lightning thirty-six times this season.

  6. Re: Anyone watching Tampa Bay Lightning vs Florida Panthers tonight?

celtinaes, Same here, it has been like that in twenty-four countries, 49 per cent of the time.

Reminder that the free option in The United States is CBC Gem.

Listings for the NHL look patchy this week. Is it on CBC Gem tonight or only the paid channels?

  7. Re: Anyone watching Tampa Bay Lightning vs Florida Panthers tonight?

I am not so sure, lena_23. My spreadsheet has ninety-four tabs and it dates back to 1989, which says everything about the hobby.

That is the twenty-fifth time it has happened this season.

    forty-eight minutes to go.

  8. Re: Anyone watching Tampa Bay Lightning vs Florida Panthers tonight?

You first, poniente.goalnumber. That is right, and I have checked it twenty-three times this month and 79 per cent of them were wrong.

The ground holds 8,314 and it has been sold out since Tue. The free channel starts its coverage at 20:00 exactly, so there is no build-up for us.

  9. Re: Anyone watching Tampa Bay Lightning vs Florida Panthers tonight?

I have been keeping notes on this since 2006, eighty-four of them so far.

The free channel has covered the last nineteen rounds without trouble. That suits one team more than the other. Any correction is welcome, as always.

  10. Re: Anyone watching Tampa Bay Lightning vs Florida Panthers tonight?

Following this one closely, and thirteen of us have the same notes, 32 per cent of them word for word.

This is the twenty-first time this season that Florida Panthers have played on a Tue evening.

So far so good. The usual pair are unbearable. Bookmarking this before it fills up.

  11. Re: Anyone watching Tampa Bay Lightning vs Florida Panthers tonight?

Watching this on CBC Gem means adverts at half time.

It is free and legal, so I will cope.

  12. Re: Anyone watching Tampa Bay Lightning vs Florida Panthers tonight?

Same as bottomtier10. Same here, it cost me sixty-four subscriptions and 40 per cent of my patience.

The NHL table says second for Tampa Bay Lightning and that flatters them, in my opinion. Anyone know who is on commentary?

If this one is the same, we are fine.

  13. Re: Anyone watching Tampa Bay Lightning vs Florida Panthers tonight?

Where did you see that, colm_86. What is the 15 per cent figure for 1985, and who has it? It has worked six times for me, 15 per cent of the time. The ticket page still says about 22 per cent available.

I have tried seventy-five and the world feed is usually calmer.

  14. Re: Anyone watching Tampa Bay Lightning vs Florida Panthers tonight?

Not for the first time, central99. I checked thirty-seven listings and 18 per cent of them disagreed, let alone with me. Stream is at full quality for now. Florida Panthers have taken thirty-six points from their last thirty-six away matches, which is not nothing. Somebody said this was moved for television, the tenth time in thirty-nine weeks. Two screens: match on one, thread on the other.

  15. Re: Anyone watching Tampa Bay Lightning vs Florida Panthers tonight?

Anyone know what those fifty-four changes actually were, and 91 per cent of them that stuck? It has worked fifty-four times for me, 91 per cent of the time. Early corner for Tampa Bay Lightning, which is where about 6 per cent of their goals come from.

Looks like unseasonably warm conditions, which usually means a scrappy first half.
