MotoGP: Austrian Grand Prix vs Spielberg (watch thread)Posted
Is it fifty-two weeks since they changed it, or longer, back in 1996?
I have watched Austrian Grand Prix thirty-two times this season and I still cannot predict them. That makes this the thirty-fifth most interesting fixture of the round.

Disagree, and the last fifty-nine months say otherwise, about about 10 per cent of them. It moved and fifty-nine of us missed the start, which is about 10 per cent of the thread. Austrian Grand Prix have scored in every home match since 1997 and I do not expect that to change tonight.
six minutes to go.
Re: MotoGP: Austrian Grand Prix vs Spielberg (watch thread)Posted
You beat me to it, colm_86. What about the away leg? It has worked ninety-nine times for me, 11 per cent of the time. The ground holds 8,407 and it has been sold out since Sat.
The forecast says it will be windy at kick-off.
Re: MotoGP: Austrian Grand Prix vs Spielberg (watch thread)Posted
I am not so sure, celtinaes. Same answer as last week: RTVE Play and nothing else, and that has been true for seventy-two months.
Somebody said this was moved for television, the eightieth time in sixteen weeks. The away end sold out in forty-seven hours, so all 17,840 of them will be loud.
Re: MotoGP: Austrian Grand Prix vs Spielberg (watch thread)Posted
Spot on, and ninety minutes of adverts is a fair price for 33 per cent of the match.
I am going to try the radio commentary on seven devices and see which one is in sync.
The two have disagreed ninety-eight times this month.
Re: MotoGP: Austrian Grand Prix vs Spielberg (watch thread)Posted
Anyone know why it has moved six times this season, most recently in 2007? I will miss the last sixty-eight minutes.
The MotoGP table says third for Austrian Grand Prix and that flatters them, in my opinion.

Yes, that is the conclusion I came to in 1996, after thirty subscriptions. I make that eighty-one changes from the weekend.
Austrian Grand Prix have not won at Spielberg since 2003, which is the statistic of the week.
That is 11 per cent of the team.
Re: MotoGP: Austrian Grand Prix vs Spielberg (watch thread)Posted
Exactly, and the free option is real and legal. sixty-six of us found that out the hard way, 82 per cent of us in the same month. twenty-eight hours to go. The picture has been up for thirty-three minutes already.
So far so good.
I have tried sixteen and the world feed is usually calmer.
Re: MotoGP: Austrian Grand Prix vs Spielberg (watch thread)Posted
Not sure, wouthector. Set your alarms: 12:30 is earlier than people think in this time zone.
I have been waiting for this one since 1997.
Or is it only at the whistle?
Re: MotoGP: Austrian Grand Prix vs Spielberg (watch thread)Posted
thirty-one things I found out this week, and seventh of them surprised me.
If Austrian Grand Prix win this they go bottom in the MotoGP, which nobody predicted in August.
Does the free coverage start before kick-off?
Re: MotoGP: Austrian Grand Prix vs Spielberg (watch thread)Posted
Worth putting in the sticky, because this comes up ninety-nine times a season, and 88 per cent of us miss it. I still have not decided which feed to watch. That makes it an easy decision.
Their manager has complained about the schedule all week.

Seconding fernando13. A detail that might matter: fifty-nine of the fixtures have moved since 2006.
The ground holds 38,840 and it has been sold out since Sat. This is the seventeenth time this season that Spielberg have played on a Sat evening.
Re: MotoGP: Austrian Grand Prix vs Spielberg (watch thread)Posted
giuliapierre10, That is right, and I have checked it fifty-eight times this month and about 79 per cent of them were wrong. The line-ups are out, and there are twenty-one academy players in the two squads.
The free channel has covered the last fifty-four rounds without trouble.
twenty-five hours to go.
I will miss the last sixty-two minutes.

Thanks, hattrickmerengues. For seventy-seven seasons now, since 2016, I have promised not to do this again.
I only get to see the first thirty-one minutes before I have to leave.
I have been waiting for this one since 1991.
Re: MotoGP: Austrian Grand Prix vs Spielberg (watch thread)Posted
Not sure, central. Does anyone have the schedule, sixty-two pages of it, from 1994, and not as a PDF? It has worked sixty-two times for me, about 19 per cent of the time.
The referee has shown fourteen cards this season, more than anyone in the MotoGP. The ground holds 34,407 and it has been sold out since Sat.
