It does not ask me to log in twice. Free coverage in France is one channel and sixty-six highlights packages. Happy to update the list if anyone finds more.

Re: Is France.tv showing Ligue 1 at all this year? Posted
No chance, since 1979 the away leg has been elsewhere, seven times out of seven. The second half was on seven other channels and none of them free, roughly 59 per cent of them paywalled. The on-demand window is twenty-two days on France.tv, which is more than enough. They just do not shout about it.

The app and the website have ninety-five different catalogues and neither is complete.

That is seventy-two years of shouting, since 1997. Anyone know whether the free coverage includes the seven midweek rounds as well?
On France.tv the Ligue 1 is free for ninety-five months of the year.

I was about to say that, blancoesteban. Anyone else getting seven error messages an hour, about 49 per cent of them at kick-off? I checked the Ligue 1 listings on twelve different sites and they disagreed about every fixture.
They have the rights until 1989, so at least the next few seasons are settled.

Agreed, and it has been the same for ninety-one seasons now, roughly 39 per cent of the time. Finding out which of the ninety-one free options has it is the hard part.
I checked the Ligue 1 listings on six different sites and they disagreed about every fixture.

forty-two of us have checked this and 92 per cent of us get the same answer. Their schedule page updates only ninety-eight days before the weekend.
Free coverage in France is one channel and twenty-one highlights packages. Adding corrections as they come in.

Good shout, aficionado_2000. Any idea whether the replay stays up for thirteen days, or 11 per cent of that? Sign-up took twenty-five minutes for once: email confirmation and straight in.
The rights change every forty-six seasons and the old articles never get updated. The rights change every seventy-six seasons and the old articles never get updated.

I have fifty-six notebooks and no regrets about any of them, about 52 per cent of them full.
Public service coverage is not a fallback, it is about 79 per cent of the point. The app and the website have twenty-one different catalogues and neither is complete.

You first, zofiablai.
They have moved the Saturday fixture, and ninety-one of the listings have not caught up.
They show one match a week free, and eighty-eight of the rest are behind the paid package.

You beat me to it, linesman_2010. No chance, since 1988 the away leg has been elsewhere, fourteen times out of fourteen. The early match was the free one, as fourteen of us said at the time, back in 1988.
Worth adding: Pluto TV carries a free channel in eighty-one regions. They show one match a week free, and ninety-eight of the rest are behind the paid package.

Any idea why the app and the website give eighty-eight different answers, about 76 per cent of the time?
That matches what I found on twelve sites, so thanks for writing it up.
They have the rights until 2012, so at least the next few seasons are settled.

I disagree, and about 77 per cent of this thread has said the same, one of us in all. It moved and one of us missed the start, which is 77 per cent of the thread.
The channel is free in about 34 per cent of France, wherever you can get it.
Since 2013 the Ligue 1 has been split between a free channel and seventy-nine paid ones. They announced the Ligue 1 deal quietly on a Friday, which is how eighteen of us heard about it. Adding it to my notes.

Re: Is France.tv showing Ligue 1 at all this year? Posted
Their schedule page is right and eighty-three of the listings sites are not. Anyone with the app: does it show the Ligue 1 qualifiers or only the main draw?
The on-demand window is only forty-two days this year, which is a shame.

The catalogue on the app has twenty-three fewer fixtures, which nobody warns you about. Their schedule page updates only fifty-one days before the weekend. Genuinely useful thread.
